Itinerary information
Day 1 Srinagar
Arrive at designated reporting place report to vehicle and proceed to House boat, a unique staying option situated around beautiful Dal and Nagin lakes.

Day 2 Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar
Proceed to Sonmarg known as 'Meadow of Gold' on the valley of River Sindh. View magnificent picturesque mountain ranges
Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee enroute from Srinagar to Sonmarg. Tea/ Coffee enroute from Sonmarg to Srinagar.
Notes: Visit to Sonmarg will be done if roads are open/ subject to Military permission)

Day 3 Srinagar
Morning we visit Shankaracharya hill and the holy temple followed by Dal Lake Shikara ride. Also visit island of Char Chinar and Photograph yourself in Kashmiri outfits at your own cost. In the afternoon visit Nishat Bagh-'The garden of pleasure' and Shalimar Bagh-'Abode of Love'. Enjoy Dal / Nagin Lake Speed boat ride. Enjoy shopping in the evening.
Extra Topping: Kawa – a Kashmiri Tea at Char Chinar. Bhutta(corn) / Pop corn, Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink at Shalimar Gardens.
Notes: We will visit Tulip garden at Srinagar during the blooming period.

Day 4 Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Morning proceed to experience Asia’s Highest Cable Car ride (subject to availability) at Gulmarg. En-route visit Carpet Factory. Pass by the picturesque golf course. Arrive at Gulmarg, a famous skiing destination located on the Pir Panjal Range, it was originally known as ‘Gauri Marg’ meaning the path of Devi Gauri. On arrival take a cable car ride to Apharwat Snow Point to get a breathtaking view of Khilanmarg. Later free time for various activities like Snow-boarding and skiing at your own cost or simply have fun playing in the snow.
Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee enroute from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Coffee at Kondogri, Gulmarg.
Notes: In case Gondola Ride is not available/ operational due to any reason, we will either provide refund/ alternate sightseeing as a replacement for the same.

Day 5 Srinagar – Pahalgam
Proceed to Pahalgam – a tourist destination situated on the Lidder River famous for its lush green meadows and pristine waters. En-route visit Awantipora ruins – a temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva and Vishnu was built by King Avantiraman in the 9th century. Later visit the cricket bat factory and pass by the Pampore Saffron fields. Then we take a quick photo stop at Apple and Walnut Plantations. Proceed to Chandanwari for a magnificent view of Lidder Valley. Later take a photo stop at Betaab Valley. Enjoy a get-together with your travel companions in the evening.
Extra Topping: Apple Juice at Apple Valley. Tea/ Coffee & Kashmiri cookies at Avantipur.

Day 6 Pahalgam – Srinagar – Jammu – Katra – Vaishnodevi
Proceed to Srinagar for flight to Jammu. On arrival proceed to Katra - the base point of Vaishnodevi. In the evening proceed for the Vaishnodevi Temple, a trek of total 28 kms.
Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee en-route from Pahalgam to Srinagar. Nescafe at Bhavan – en-route to Vaishnodevi.

Day 7 Vaishnodevi – Katra
Return back from Vaishnodevi. Free day for relaxation or leisure activity.

Note:

- Only postpaid connections (mobile sim card) works in Jammu & Kashmir state.
Special Notes:
- The Tour Manager service will start from the First destination of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary. Kesari Meals service will start on Day 1 at Final arrival destination till the departure from the last destination as per the itinerary. Kesari do not provide meal service during Air travel or during transit halt.

- In case of less bookings all USTs like MFL, Second Innings, honeymoon etc. will be merged with Family tours in order to operate the tour on optimum capacity
- Although we pride ourselves in constantly maintaining our programme the above mentioned programme is subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of pandemic like situation some sightseeing places might be closed temporarily without any prior intimation, in such situation we will try to visit an alternate sightseeing if possible.
- In case of Pandemic like situation, we request all guest to follow mandatory travel requirements like Mandatory Tests, Vaccination certificates, Self Declaration, E Pass formalities etc. as per the state OR country's Rules & Regulations, which are subject to change from time to time. Any cost incurred for these requirements will be borne by guest.
- Kesari do not recommend shopping at any specific shop, it is at sole discretion of Guest / traveller.
Road Transport:
- All transfers and sightseeing by A/C Coach (From October to March by Non A/C Coach).
- Srinagar Local Sightseeing & Shankaracharya by Non A/C Sumo/Jeeps. (7 pax in each vehicle).
- Shikhara ride will accommodate 2-4 pax per Shikhara.
- Chandanwari Sightseeing by Non A/C Sumo/Qualis. (7 pax in each vehicle).
- Katra to Jammu Transfers will be by small A/C Vehicle. (7 pax in each vehicle).
